return policy

Returns will only be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. Please note that returns or refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  • If the product has been worn, used, or shows any signs of wear.
  • If the original packaging—including the shoe box, accessories, tags, or labels—is missing or damaged.

For any return or exchange, the product must be in brand-new condition, exactly as it was delivered, and must include all original packaging and accessories.

All return/exchange requests must include the order ID, detailed explanation of the issue, and—in case of an exchange—the reason for the request. Supporting pictures or videos must be attached to substantiate any claims.

Emails will typically be addressed within 24-36 hours in the case of disputes.

Please note:

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the correct size was ordered and delivered.
  • If the return is approved by the FromCheen team, the product must be shipped back in the exact same condition as it was received, including all accompanying accessories or items.
  • Once approved, the return process typically takes 5-7 business days from the time the product is shipped back to us.
  • In rare cases where a refund is approved (at the sole discretion of the seller), the refund timeline may vary depending on the payment method, typically between 1 to 7 working days.

If the return is approved, you will be responsible for securely packaging the product in the original FromCheen box it was received in. If the original packaging is damaged, please repack the product in a sturdy, protective carton or cardboard box, securely taped, to avoid any damage during transit. Any damages during the return process due to inadequate packaging will be your responsibility.

If you have received an incorrect product or a different size from what was ordered due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement, subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment source or provide store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that do not fit due to incorrect size selection by the customer. Please use our size guide carefully before placing your order. It is your responsibility to choose the correct size, and we will not be able to accommodate exchanges or returns in such cases.
