The first step in fromcheen’s authentication process is verifying the condition of the sneaker to ensure it’s a genuine Deadstock pair. We work exclusively with a trusted network of suppliers who have a proven track record of sourcing only brand-new shoes. This ensures that every fromcheen customer has the privilege of being the very first owner of their sneaker.
2. Condition
The very first step in the authentication process involves checking the sneaker at hand for its condition, as to whether it's a Deadstock pair or not. This involves maintaining a network of only trusted suppliers who have a positive track record of having sourced only brand new shoes. This is to ensure that each Hype Fly Customer gets the honour of becoming the maiden owner of their new sneaker.
3. Packaging
The next step in fromcheen’s authentication process is verifying the complete packaging of the sneaker. This includes carefully inspecting the box details, size and model tags, and ensuring that all relevant sneaker accessories are included, where applicable.
4. Digital Authentication
After the initial checks, every sneaker undergoes Digital Authentication using fromcheen’s extensive sneaker database. Multiple angles of the sneaker are compared with reference images of authentic pairs to identify any inconsistencies. A detailed checklist of authenticity markers is followed, and the sneaker does not proceed to the next stage until it has successfully cleared all verification points.
5. Harnessing Technology
Along with digital authentication, we at fromcheen are continuously exploring Machine Learning technologies and other advanced AI-driven authentication methods to further standardize and strengthen the authentication process for all our sneakers.
6. Quality check
Finally, our team conducts an in-hand quality check of each sneaker. This allows us to detect any manufacturing defects from the brand itself and filter out even high-quality replicas. Customer satisfaction is fromcheen’s highest priority, and we are committed to delivering only the finest quality footwear that your money deserves.
7. Grievance Redressal
In the unlikely event that a customer is dissatisfied with the authenticity or quality of a sneaker after purchase, fromcheen offers to address the concern by providing a refund of the purchase amount—provided the sneaker is verified to be inauthentic after thorough inspection.
